A new initiative has been launched to document the first European Growth Index on women-led companies. It is led by Women Equity for Growth, a private equity firm, in cooperation with Bryan Garnier Principal Investments, with a focus on women-led growth companies.

Although female entrepreneurs are recognized as one of the main sources of growth in Europe, they have been poorly documented, and decision and policy makers are generally unaware of the specific issues they are facing. Hence, Women Equity for Growth is launching a proprietary research program aiming at documenting scientifically the universe of women led growth companies, in addition to the dissemination of the few existing researches published today on the subject
